Roasting, Shipping & Returns

Roasting

Our small-batch hand-roasted coffee is roasted to order, so please allow 2-3 days for your order to be ready to ship. We ship Monday-Friday, except holidays.

How We Ship

Our standard shipping is by USPS Priority Mail and UPS for gift basket orders. Hampton Coffee Company can not guarantee the arrival time of your package. Once we give your order to the Post Office or UPS, it is beyond our control. We can, however, assist you to track your package and help ensure that you do receive your order promptly.

USPS Priority Mail packages should arrive 2-3 postal days after they are shipped. Choosing a UPS option can allow you to have your coffee arrive within 1 day of the Roast Date. Please be aware that UPS Ground may take as long as 6 shipping days to arrive.  However, if your shipping address is in the New York-New Jersey-Connecticut area, most UPS shipments are delivered within 1 or 2 Days so you will save some money on shipping by not choosing an expedited option, there is just no guarantee.  If you are time sensitive, 2 Day Air or Express Saver might be better options for you, especially if you’re on the West Coast.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns since coffee beans are a food item. However, if you have any issues with your coffee, or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at orders@hamptoncoffeecompany.com or call (631) 726-COFE, ext. #2. We will do whatever we can to ensure that you are satisfied.
