The Winter 2014 edition of the award-winning Edible East End magazine profiled Hampton Coffee Company in its Indigenous Industry section.  Editor Brian Halweil spent some time with company co-owner Jason Belkin and Roastmaster/VP Dwight Amada at the new Southampton Experience Store and Roastery recently before writing the long-form story entitled, "Epiphany of Beans: Long Island’s largest roaster blazes new ground with a café at Stony Brook University and a new pour-over bar".  The story is accompanied by some beautiful photography (if we do say so ourself!) by photographer Lindsay Morris.
