From Cherry To Bean
Coffee starts as a fruit called a coffee cherry. Inside each cherry are two
seeds -these are what become coffee beans. After harvest, the cherries are gently pulped to remove the outer fruit. Then the beans are washed clean and carefully dried. This process helps bring out the coffee’s natural sweetness and unique flavors.

Once the beans arrive in the U.S., they make their way to our Southampton Roastery. Here, our skilled Roastmasters carefully roast each batch, transforming the raw green beans into rich, flavorful blends and perfectly-roasted single origin coffees.
