Our Peru Norte Organic naturally-processed Mountain Water Process Decaf is medium-bodied with low acidity and a bright floral finish.  Notes of brown sugar and raisins.

We are proud to source this delicious varietal from The Cautivo Cooperative of Northern Peru.  The farmer-members of this co-op strive to improve the standard of living for all involved by using water management, environmental protection, and the production of organic materials, such as fertilizers. It’s through these sustainable practices that the Cautivo co-op has been able to achieve their organic certification.
