Hampton Coffee Cafés Re-Open

To Our Fans & Community,
It’s time for Hampton Coffee Company to start re-opening our neighborhood cafés!  Our Water Mill, Westhampton Beach, Southampton, Aquebogue and Montauk cafés are all re-opened.

We feel good about the decision we made to close our stores so early on.  All of our almost 70 staff members were able to stay home taking care of their families and helping to flatten the curve.  We are so happy to report that all of them stayed healthy.

At this point we feel we can start re-opening our cafés while keeping our staff and community safe.  We realize that for many, Hampton Coffee Company plays an important and positive role in your day-to-day lives -it does for all of us ,too!

To-Go food establishments are considered by our State to be an essential business and are able to be open if they follow social distancing and other safety protocols.  We have spent the past month and a half during our closure brainstorming ways to restructure our stores so that they meet or exceed standards and are safe for all of us, both inside and outside our locations.

You can be assured that our staff members are healthy and are having their temperatures checked before every shift.  We will be wearing gloves and masks at all times.  We will be disinfecting often-touched surfaces like door knobs and milk pitchers often.  Of course we are following strict food safety measures like we always have.

We need your help, too!  Please do not come into our store if you are sick.  Please wear your mask (and gloves).  Maintain the 6-foot Social Distancing as much as possible inside our stores and on our lines.  And finally, please adhere to the maximum number of customers allowed inside the store at one time signs posted outside our café front doors.  As one customer comes out, then it is safe for a new customer to enter.

The best way to help would be to download and order/pay with our HCC PERKS APP for a contactless experience.  When you use our App, your order will be prepared and bagged safely behind the counter and placed in a safe and easily accessible shelf.  You will not need to be in contact with any staff member of touch anything -or even wait in line.  We have special no-wait entrances at each store for App Order pick-ups.

Please be patient with us.  We are truly sorry that we won’t be able to help you as quickly as we always have.  And for the time being, we won’t be having any indoor or outdoor seating.  Your HCC experience won’t be exactly the same as it’s been over the past 25 years.  But please know that we are doing everything we can to make your experience the best we can.

We will keep evaluating the health situation in our communities and adapt and change as new information becomes available.  We are all in this together.  Please know that the health and safety of our staff and our community is what drives all our decisions during this difficult and unique time.
