St. Patrick's Day 2022!

Hampton Coffee Company marched in parades in Center Moriches, Montauk, and Westhampton Beach, and so now we’re calling it a wrap on celebrating St. Patrick’s Day all last month. Our team was so proud to take part in these huge festive and fun events in the communities where we have our cafés.  Would you believe that we gave out hundreds of cups of our famous hot cocoa to parade-goers along the routes during each parade?!

Although we’re all a little Irish on St. Patrick’s Day, Hampton Coffee Company co-owner, Theresa Belkin, is actually directly from Naas, Ireland!  So nothing made her prouder than leading all our parades with her kids Cian and Oran, with husband and co-owner Jason Belkin driving the HCC Mobile Espresso Unit in the parades.

The Center Moriches Parade was really special to us this year since it was our first one and we got to march past our newest Hampton Coffee Company café location which just opened a few months ago in front of the Center Moriches Library!  The welcoming support and love we felt from the Center Moriches Community was something we’ll never forget.

Montauk’s parade was also new and exciting for us this year, and it was a hit!  The sense of community was enormous and Main Street/Montauk Highway was packed with parade-goers. We loved connecting with locals and seeing people who came to the parade from all over Long Island.  The parade weather was great and it got our team into the spirit for our upcoming Summer Season at our Montauk café.

Our last parade of the month was our hometown one in Westhampton Beach, where our company’s owners Jason & Theresa live and their kids go to school.  It was a sunny Spring Day and it was amazing seeing people of all ages come together and support the Westhampton Community.  And we couldn’t have ended our parades on a better note -our Mobile Espresso Unit and LOVE LOCAL COFFEE theme WON Third Place in the Best Commercial Parade Float category!  Our first win ever!

Interacting with the community, giving out hot cocoa, and seeing happy faces, is the reason we do this year in and year out. As a local café, we want to make a positive impact on the community and its people, by getting involved and recognizing all of our supporters. We love being a part of local events and search for new opportunities to support our communities and the people who live in them.

Who’s excited for next year's St. Patrick's Day? I know we are!
